this wasn’t supposed to be a full project. one track turned into three, then three turned into seven, all made over two weekends in chicago. henclay moved from la to the city sight unseen, just off the strength of the vision. with no mic stand, no overthinking, and no time wasted, we cooked this up at angel’s crib, co-producing the entire thing ourselves.
